The Design Consultant guides customers in selecting optimal contact lens designs and provides professional fitting advice to doctors. They collaborate with operations teams to improve front-end processes and maintain advanced product knowledge to support organizational goals.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant science or engineering field and two years of contact lens experience are preferred. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of optics, geometry, and proficiency in lens design software and Office 365.

The Design Consultant plays a vital role in guiding customers to select the most suitable contact lens designs for their patients while upholding quality standards, achieving business objectives, and promoting the company's commitment to exceptional customer service. This role involves advising customers on product features and fitting parameters, helping to enhance contact lens fittings. Additionally, the Design Consultant collaborates with the Operations teams to align strategies and support organizational goals.
Schedule: 8:00am – 4:30pm MT Location: Lakewood, CO Facility
