The role involves overall technical responsibility for development projects regarding electric and hybrid drives, including planning and steering time, costs, and quality. The Lead Engineer will lead interdisciplinary teams and coordinate with customers to ensure technical requirements are met.
Candidates must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a similar field with several years of experience in technical product development and project leadership. Proficiency in both German and English, along with a strong understanding of drive systems, is required.
