About the Role: As a Metal Fab Technician on our team, you'll set up and operate welding machines to seam weld the structural components that form the backbone of our transformers. You'll read blueprints and specifications, inspect your welds for defects, and measure finished products to make sure every unit meets spec. It's hands-on, precision-driven work — and you'll be part of a team that keeps energy flowing across communities.
