Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and manage mood, anxiety, and dementia-related disorders for geriatric patients in home and facility settings. Collaborate with primary care providers and families to ensure coordinated, whole-person care for seniors.
Requires an active, unencumbered PMHNP license in the state of practice. Experience in geriatric psychiatry, long-term care, or mobile healthcare is preferred.

We have taken the age-old concept of house calls one step further, however, and we have crafted a unique delivery system and multi-disciplinary team approach with practitioners specifically trained in geriatric medicine.
