What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
• Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently
• Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate medical records
• Process payments and explain invoices when needed
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding appointments, services, and follow-up care
• Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to keep appointments running smoothly
• Maintain organized reception and lobby areas
• Assist with administrative duties and daily hospital operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service that strengthens client relationships
• Support a positive, team-first culture throughout the hospital
