Support a Critical Air Force Medical Mission
ABSS Solutions is seeking experienced Aerospace Medical Technicians to support the Headquarters Air Force Accessions Center. This position supports the medical review process for future Airmen and Guardians by reviewing medical documentation, coordinating complex physical standards cases, and ensuring timely case processing in accordance with Air Force policy.

Successful candidates are comfortable interpreting medical documentation, coordinating with providers and military treatment facilities, and navigating complex physical standards cases. They thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where accuracy, organization, and timely case management directly contribute to the Air Force's accession mission.
Candidates with prior experience supporting Air Force Aerospace Medicine, Medical Standards Management Elements (MSME), MEPS, operational medicine clinics, or physical standards programs are particularly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Review accession medical records.
- Process physical standards cases.
- Apply Air Force medical standards.
- Coordinate with military treatment facilities and specialty consultants.
- Maintain case tracking databases.
- Prepare medical summaries.
- Monitor case status throughout adjudication.
- Coordinate with providers and Government personnel.
- Maintain HIPAA and Privacy Act compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of Air Force Aerospace Medical Technician or Flight & Operational Medical Technician technical training.
- Minimum four (4) years of physical standards case management experience within the past ten (10) years.
- Expert knowledge of Air Force accession, retention, and special duty medical standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior AFAC or AETC experience.
- Military Entrance Processing (MEPS) experience.
- Aerospace medicine clinic experience.
- Experience with Air Force medical waiver programs.
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
