The associate is responsible for approving payday and title loans while performing check cashing and other financial transactions. They must provide excellent customer service, balance their cash drawer, and support the growth and development of the teller team.
Candidates should have previous experience in financial services and strong leadership qualities. Proficiency in basic math and the ability to work a rotating schedule including evenings and Saturdays are required.
