The operator will initiate and monitor production processes to ensure customer requirements are met. Responsibilities include performing machine operations, troubleshooting equipment to maximize uptime, and adhering to work instructions.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and basic computer knowledge. The role requires the physical ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
