By leading by example, I earn the respect of my team and peers while driving results. As a sales leader, I focus on collaborating on, evolving, and creating repeatable processes (hiring, GTM motions, playbooks, coaching and development strategies, trainings, and cross-departmental operations) that allow for the rapid scale of a b2b sales organization. I look at myself as a business partner and owner who helps bridge gaps between sales and other departments by developing relationships, processes, and programs that empower teams to work well together.
