I’m passionate about innovation, data, AI, and entrepreneurship—and I am stimulated when strategy meets hands-on execution. My journey so far has taken me from contributing launch of global beverage innovations at Heineken to sustaining smarter, data-driven decisions in sales operations and analytics at Stryker. At Heineken, I worked on the global launch of Heineken Studio across multiple markets, managing activities from operations and communication to consumer insights and market strategy. I collaborated with cross-functional teams and agencies to turn big ideas into real-world execution. Now at Stryker, I’m focused on improving sales processes, integrating acquisitions in the processes, enabling KPI reporting, and turning commercial data into insights that drive growth across Europe. With a background in finance, innovation, operations, and strategy, as well as a Master’s in International Management from VU Amsterdam, I bring a balanced mix of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving to the table. I enjoy working with diverse teams, tackling complex challenges, and finding ways to add value. Beyond the corporate world, I am deeply involved in startups and entrepreneurial ecosystems. I am drawn to bold ideas, lean execution, and creating real impact. Whether collaborating with global teams or exploring early-stage ventures, I am driven by curiosity, continuous learning, and a desire to build meaningful solutions.
