I’m a weirdo who loves cold calling. Everything I’ve accomplished started with a cold call. I’m passionate about helping others find the fire (and maybe even the joy) in cold calling the way I do. I am a builder; from nothing, from ideas, from messy to dialed-in. I run toward complex problems, not away from them. I nerd out on data to get to the root, and once I know why something’s stuck, I get to work on how to fix it. I do my best work in environments that embrace creativity, experimentation, and a little bit of chaos. As a leader, I’m a coach. I love hearing what my people think and helping them operationalize their ideas. I’m unafraid to roll up my sleeves and get in the trenches. We build together. I connect quickly. It’s been called a superpower, but really—it’s curiosity. I’m genuinely fascinated by people: their thoughts, what drives them, and where they’re headed. That curiosity shows up in every interaction, every conversation, every strategy. Outside of Work: I train in Muay Thai (my Fairtex gloves are pink). I have a Yorkie named Pray Tell (yes, named after Billy Porter). I live with a broke, sarcastic 15-year-old roommate who pays rent in vibes and jokes. I volunteer my time leading workshops to help folks with justice-involved backgrounds break into tech sales.
