SWE @ Adobe (ex-Red Hat) | buildspace n&w s5 | Designing human-centered AI tools | UC Berkeley MIMS
My name is Andy Vo and I am a front-end/full-stack developer and product designer passionate about creating experiences that bring people together through storytelling. What I mean by storytelling is more than simply telling stories about my experiences. Rather, it is an opportunity, a bit of an adventure to connect with people to learn why we all think the way we do.
What inspires my thinking is a quote by sci-fi writer Robert Heinlein, “one man’s magic is another man’s engineering.” I recently graduated from Boston University’s Computer Science program this past May and made the decision to come to Berkeley’s Master of Information Management and Systems program because I felt that disconnect between my passion for storytelling and my goal to build experiences with technology feel like the magic of human interaction.
