I've always been a curious and outgoing person with a hunger for optimizing solutions, continuous learning, and expanding my professional and personal abilities. I've had invaluable experience as a software developer that showed me - through tangible frameworks like Node.js and Git and interpersonal experiences like strong team collaboration and agile problem solving - the profundity of the joy that creating something new with others gives me. Life's changes lead me to pivot away from the exciting technical journey I was beginning towards the more familiar Retail & Rental Services Management where there was still overflowing potential for growth and learning. Little did I know how much this seeming detour would teach me about the foundations of operations management, team development, and the hidden work of creating a seamless and exceptional client experience. The through-line in these experiences is the creation and streamlining of processes to achieve a goal in the most efficient and profitable way. Not only that, but doing so with a cohesive and focused team. I'm beyond excited to continue scaling these operational and team oriented skills I've been growing. I look forward to continuing to develop my professional career in a way that encompasses all of the diverse talents and skills that I carry naturally and that I've developed along my journey.
