I specialize in support engineering and developer relations and have experience with web development, technical writing and instruction. I thoroughly enjoy solving user problems and working closely with engineering on API documentation, as well as advocating developer needs during API system design. I have a deep understanding of backend infrastructure and AWS tooling. I built the Copilot integration publicly available on Make and have also built a lot of internal tools ranging from custom Next.js apps to complex Retool dashboards.
