Accomplishments: • Deployed TuneIn’s first machine learning upsell models sized to be a multi-million revenue opportunity for the business. • Launched a new upsell feature that increased TuneIn’s premium trials by 52% YoY, decreasing a historical dependency on first-day subscriptions from 90% to 60% resulting in a more balanced and healthy funnel. • Manage TuneIn’s Growth & Retention team through every product iteration, including the release of an interest selection flow, the development of TuneIn’s Library & Premium tabs, and a full Browse & Home redesign. Improvements increased per user listening by 24%. • Collaborated with a researcher to conduct studies on churn, subscription drivers, and billing flow to properly allocate resources and understand TuneIn’s user value. The findings allowed the company to move away from a hyper-optimized but outdated upsell screen. • Redesigned Stanza's recommendation experience, increasing subscription rates for a second calendar from 3% to 25%. • Built strong professional relationships with major brands including Bank of America, Under Armour, USAA, ASICS, USPS, Bass Pro Shop as well as sports leagues and teams such as NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, Barcelona FC, Juventus, Manchester City, and AC Milan. • Led a team of 11 Master’s students in a consulting project for Digitick, the e-commerce leader in France. • Was recruited from Bulgaria to join the D1 UNC volleyball program and received a full athletic scholarship
