Alaina is a product-minded engineering leader with a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams in hyper-growth startup environments. At Route, Alaina was one of the earliest engineering hires at the Unicorn company. She played a critical role in scaling the engineering department from fewer than 10 engineers to over 150.
