Having worked for multibillion-dollar global companies and being enabled by the Boards, Investors and Leaders to exercise innovation and creativity as a Chief Strategist and Architect of global initiatives is a passion that drives me. The results take it all to the next level and have brought career distinction, not only within my own career but that of my teams as well. Together, we have led as many as 8,000 people in the execution of strategic initiatives that became key-to-the-mission and we did it in both stable and unstable economies. We have brought consistency and success driving hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue, we have optimized that revenue, maximized profitability, and we have become key strategic thought leaders in some of the most mission-critical initiatives, many of which have had global implications. To accomplish this, I have had to attract, recruit, mentor, manage, and retain productive teams and communicate clearly and concisely. This, in my estimation, is the only way to instill employee and customer confidence. I have always focused on promoting internal and external business relationships. This is the best way to fortify, drive, and sustain Shareholder value.
