Aidiel Mat Isa

A biologist by training, currently paving his career in digital business and venture investment. At the age of 23, Aidiel managed end-to-end of new over-the-top services (fintech & insurtech products) & executed the Go-To-Market strategy for a government 5G transition initiative at a multinational telco company. At 24, he built the business pipeline of an emerging L&D player in Malaysia - having secured 15 Partners on projects ranging from commercial, branding, thought leadership & talent while double-hatting as the Project Manager for a national initiative to combat unemployment via digital up-skilling & re-skilling. Today, Aidiel is the youngest member in the senior management team of a $15-million company backed by early investors of Facebook, LinkedIn & Cruise (sold to General Motors), where he is leading PMO - focusing on B2B deals, special projects & business optimisation. On the side, he is scouting for pre-seed/seed-stage startups within South Asia’s emerging & frontier markets for a global accelerator VC specialising in ESG deals. Aidiel is highly passionate in the battle to eradicate education inequity.
