About this role
Job Summary
Conducts standardized data analysis on existing operating performance procedures. They execute and deliver small-scale local initiatives to deliver process improvements to operational performance reporting.
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience at least 1-2 years in insurance industry handling group/corporate health insurance membership
- Good ability with Excel
- Agile, fast-learner, and adapt working in a team
Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities
- Ensures alignment and consistency to the relevant systems, processes and procedures.
- They implement agreed controls, practices, procedures in accordance with Service Level Agreements and ensure regulatory compliance is agreed.
- They take personal responsibility for resolving issues using commercial and business awareness, help develop procedures that underpin the handling of work and seek ways to improve them.
- They also assist the project teams in the delivery of projects to improve operational performance by conducting pre- and postproduction validation assignments and communicating and documenting results.
- They provide post implementation support to mitigate risks and issues until steady state has been achieved.
