Job Summary
The Oracle Cloud Business Analyst is a key member of ZOLL Applications team. The Oracle Cloud Business Analyst works closely with Oracle Supply Chain manager and key business users, in Sales, Operations, and Logistics to help define processes, implement Oracle solutions, provide applications trainings, and resolve production issues. This is a hands-on role for a global Oracle Cloud Implementation and existing Oracle 11i Production support.
Essential Functions
Lead and manage Oracle Cloud implementation and 11i enhancement projects in Sales, Operations, and Logistics areas.
Work Closely with Oracle Cloud Implementation consultants, business process owners to lead the Oracle Cloud implementation in JAPAC region.
Provide daily support for Oracle production issues.
Facilitate business process and systems analysis discussions and translate findings into clearly defined Business Requirements and Functional Design.
Work with the developers in reviewing the Technical Design, validating, and testing the development deliverables.
Participate in System Integration testing and User Acceptance testing with the business users to ensure a high quality in deliverables.
Research, design, configure, test, document and manage implementation of system changes.
Manage the impact of transaction changes and their effects across all business segments and locations involved.
Develop validation test plans, user and system procedures and training materials for customizations, upgrades, and releases.
Provide expertise for IT projects and Oracle implementation globally.
Provide technical support to Sales, Operations, and Logistics business users for various related tools and integrations.
Makes process and systems improvement recommendations that assist the business in achieving its goals and objectives, leveraging best practices and professional experiences.
Provide cross-functional and cross-location Project Management Support for Process Improvement Projects.
Re-engineer existing business system processes to leverage the capabilities of the both the Oracle Cloud SaaS and other signature applications.
Document and provide Oracle Trainings to Business users.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related field required
Minimum 12-years solid tech-functional experience in Oracle E-Business R12/11i implementation focusing on Sales, Operations, and Logistics areas, knowledge and experience in Oracle Cloud SaaS SCM will be a plus. required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proven abilities in translating business needs into system solutions and driving the necessary changes to streamline processes.
Excellent functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Order management, Pricing, Quoting, and Inventory, Costing, Purchasing, Shipping, Service, and related Finance modules.
Extensive experience with global cross-functional teams in at least 5 full life-cycle Oracle
Cloud/R12/11i implementations.
Proficient with project management skills and tools.
Familiar with Agile methodology, ITIL framework, and SDLC process.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective team leader and team player.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
