We are seeking a Branch Operations Specialist to join California Bank & Trust to service our clients and customers in the Orange, CA region. The Branch Operations Specialist plays a key role in delivering high-quality client service, supporting daily branch operations, and handling teller and new account transactions across the region.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily branch operations across the Orange region by performing teller line transactions, opening new accounts, and assisting with customer service.
• Driving is an essential function of this role and as such, employees must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record. 
• Collaborates with back-office departments and assists with special projects as assigned.
• Drives the achievement of high-quality customer service goals to deliver an exceptional experience for every client.
• May train and guide branch staff on proper banking procedures and operational protocols.
• May be reassigned to an alternate location depending on business needs within a reasonable distance (30 miles of branch location) and given proper notice.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to accept and adapt to branch assignments throughout the Orange region ranging in duration from one day to several months.
• Must have at least 4 years of experience in branch banking including assignments as Senior Teller and intermediate-level new accounts.
• Proven capacity to contribute to the growth and development of branch operations, new accounts, and sales principles.
• Proficient training skills 
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to successfully build relationships with clients and team members.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $28 - $31 hourly depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
