Growth Marketing Lead

New York City · On-site

About this role

Who we are

Zingage is a venture backed Series A company building AI-powered operations software for the healthcare market — replacing manual, human-heavy back-office work with modern, AI-first systems that run around the clock.

The market is enormous ($400B+ in the US alone) and structurally underserved by legacy software. Our team is small, intense, and well-capitalized with backing from top-tier venture investors. We already serve hundreds of healthcare organizations, are growing quickly, and are now building the go-to-market team in earnest.

This is a real business with real revenue, real customers, and a mission that is easy to explain to your family: helping people get better care in their own homes.

About the role

The first marketing hire, reporting to the CEO. The outbound sales motion already works — your job is to multiply it: campaigns, events, lifecycle, and content that make every seller more effective, on a buyer who is reachable, numerous, and ignored by good marketing. You’ll build the function: pick the stack, set the budget logic, own the number.

What you’ll do

  • Own marketing’s contribution to pipeline, measured in meetings held and revenue — not impressions

  • Run the field/events motion around an active industry conference circuit

  • Build lifecycle/email programs and content that arm the sales team

  • Run fast experiments across paid, partner, and creative channels — kill losers quickly

  • Instrument everything: you can show what worked, what didn’t, and why

What we’re looking for

  • 2–6 years in B2B growth/demand gen, ideally as an early marketing hire at a startup

  • Campaigns with revenue receipts — pipeline numbers you caused and can show

  • Strong writer: your own words, no committee

  • Measurement-literate: CAC, conversion, payback — with denominators

  • High-agency: you ship weekly without being asked, and you’d rather test than debate

  • NYC onsite, 5 days a week

  • Bonus: field/event marketing experience; marketing to SMB owner-operators; comfort with AI-native tooling

What we offer

  • Competitive base and equity

  • Equipment stipend — use what you need to do your best work

  • Luxury gym membership in NYC

  • Daily lunch. Dinner for the late night work jams.

  • Time off as needed — we care about output, not hours

  • Happy hours, poker nights, and builder events in our Soho office. We're regulars at Manjul Coffee & Toad Hall.

  • Snacks in office - few favorites include Gruns gummies, sardines, protein bars. Also, midday froyo runs!

Company at a glance

The company is building Operator AI, an AI employee that runs the back office for home care agencies. Its mission is to move all healthcare into the home and solve healthcare for grandma. The company is led by a second-time founder who previously built a nine-figure GMV marketplace, and its team includes four engineers from Ramp, Block, Amazon, and Cove. It targets back-office automation for home care agencies and is in an early stage, looking to hire a founding/full-stack engineer.
