Job Summary
・整形外科の専門家向けの教育プログラムの企画・運営において、MedEdマネージャーを支援し、実施する責任を担います。これらの教育プログラムは、Zimmer Biomet製品および外科的手技に関する知識の強化を通じて、手術の成果の向上と患者の安全性、QOL（生活の質）の改善を目指しています。
・また、医療教育機能の戦略的な計画立案を支援し、Zimmer Biomet製品の安全かつ効果的な使用方法に関する教育の質を高めるための新しいアイデアの創出にも責任を持ちます。さらに、医療従事者が製品を適切に使用できるよう支援することで、臨床現場における安全性と有効性の向上に貢献します。
主な職務内容
・技術の進歩に対応して、HCP（医療従事者）向け教育的イベントにおける新たなコミュニケーション手段を導入します。
教育イベント（講演会、ワークショップトレーニング）において最も効果的かつ効率的な形式を選択し、創造性を活かしてプレゼンテーションを向上させ、参加者の理解と関心を高めます。
・医療教育活動全般を実施します。
・Zimmer Biometのマーケティング戦略を支援するために、CME（継続医療教育）ベンダーやコースディレクターの協力を得ながら、戦略的なコースアジェンダ、自己学習型教育プログラム（Webマガジン）、パンフレットを作成します。
・医療教育機能の戦略的計画に参加し、医療従事者のスキルと学習を向上させる新しいアイデアを創出するとともに、Zimmer Biomet製品の安全かつ適切な使用を促進します。
医療教育のニーズやサービスを通じて、医療現場での製品活用における改善点や支援の機会を特定します。
出張頻度
国内及び海外出張を伴います
・年間30回程度の国内出張があり繁忙期（9月～12月）には毎週末がイベント運営のための出張となることがあります。
・海外への出張は年間平均２－３回程度あります。（主に東南アジアエリア）
