About this role
We are looking for Sales Coordinator that will handle the following:
- Responsible for achieving sales goals and maintaining positive customer relations by providing full support to the account owner, sales representatives and customers.
- Improve productivity by ensuring all Field Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material and leads.
- In Charge of providing the customers with end-to-end support and solutions.
Requirements
- Academic Education - A must
- 2 years of experience in sales/CS position - An advantage
- Working experience in a local FFW / shipping industry – An advantage
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, CRM- A must
- Good control of English language (Speaking, reading and writing) - A must
