About this role
Operate stacker machinery to efficiently stack and organize materials in accordance with production schedules and safety protocols
Monitor machine performance, making adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal operation
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on stacker equipment to ensure reliability and prevent downtime
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to stacking operations
Document production data and machine performance metrics to aid in continuous improvement efforts
Adhere to all safety guidelines and best practices while operating machinery and during material handling
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience operating stacker machinery or similar equipment in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of safety protocols and machinery operation
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Certification in stacker operation or relevant machinery
Experience with automated stacking systems
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
Familiarity with stacker machinery and its components
Experience with basic troubleshooting and maintenance of machinery
Proficient in data entry and basic computer skills for documentation purposes
