Maintenance Supervisor
About this role
Responsibilities:
- Monitor building repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure timeliness, quality and efficiencies are met
- Schedule and assign work duties as required to meet priority needs
- Acts as project coordinator for all building remodeling, including ordering, shipping, and receiving goods as well as planning and scheduling the endeavor as a whole
- Monitors all yearly inspections of fire systems and other safety precautions
- Schedules maintenance requests for branch stores
- Coordinate with outside vendors when work load requires
- Assist with yearly inspections of fire systems and other safety precautions
- Schedule and coordinate the set-up of new branch locations
- Manage the daily workflow by establishing operating procedures and policies and prioritizing, distributing, and monitoring work assignments
- Assess the skills and weaknesses of their employees and uses that information to create the strongest possible team
- Initiate a training process when skill gaps are found to develop employees for their current positions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- 3-5 years previous supervisory experience
- 3-5 years previous mechanical/maintenance work experience
- Excellent knowledge of safety
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Ability to travel (11-25%)
- Clean driving record
- Minimum physical requirements:
- Push/pull up to 25 lbs
- Lift up to 76 lbs
Travel:
Up to 25% travel

Lift bulky objects
Standing, walking, using hands, talking, hearing, neck rotation, trunk rotation, stair climbing, ladder climbing, repetitive bending, kneeling, sustained squat, forward reaching, overhead reaching, fingering/grasping – able to use a bolt box.
Able to drive long distances (within Ziegler territory primarily)
Working Conditions may be indoor and/or outdoor. Noise level may be moderate at times.

The pay range for this position is
$82,300.00 to $102,900.00Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
