ZF Test Systems specializes in developing and producing test benches for on- and off-road mobility. With over 35 years of experience, they focus on validation and development test facilities to enhance the quality of driveline, active chassis, tires, wheels, and brakes, contributing to improved safety and comfort for drivers.The company operates globally across various locations in Asia, Europe, and the US.

What you can look forward to as Senior Manager - Assembly Line -Test Systems 

• Responsible for the localization of ZF Products.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify product improvement.
• Collaborate with the senior management team to align localization strategies with overall business goals.
• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Monitor and analyse product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Development of new suppliers in coordination with Purchase department.
   

Your Profile as Commissioning Engineer Senior Manager - Assembly Line -Test Systems 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Proven experience of NPD (10–15 years) in a similar industry of testing equipment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful localization strategies.
• Strong networking in Indian Automotive OEMs as well as with relevant suppliers.PM experience in a similar industry is a plus.
