Summary
Zevia is seeking a Manager, Amazon & Marketplace Growth to spearhead our Amazon business and accelerate profitable growth across key digital commerce channels.
Reporting to the Sr. Director, E-Commerce & Growth, this role serves as the business driver for Amazon, responsible for driving sales, profitability, market share, subscriber growth, and digital shelf performance. The Senior Manager will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and agency partners to identify growth opportunities and execute strategies that deliver measurable business results.
What You’ll Do

- Drive Amazon business performance, including sales, profitability, conversion, subscriber growth, share, and operational health.
- Develop and execute annual growth plans, including key events such as Prime Day, Black Friday, and Cyber Week.
- Identify opportunities across assortment, pricing, promotions, content, search, retail media, and consumer experience.
- Influence Amazon advertising strategy in partnership with agency teams, optimizing investments across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP, and Brand Stores.
- Evaluate performance data and translate insights into recommendations that drive growth and improve return on investment.
- Build business cases supporting pricing, innovation, assortment, and promotional decisions.
- Support growth initiatives across Walmart, Instacart, Kroger, Albertsons, and other marketplace channels.
- Develop KPI scorecards and reporting to communicate performance, opportunities, and business impact to leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Amazon, e-commerce, marketplace growth, or digital commerce.
- Deep expertise in Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
- Strong experience managing Amazon advertising platforms and digital shelf optimization.
- Proven track record driving growth through commercial strategy, media, promotions, and pricing.
- Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in CPG, beverage, food, or consumer goods preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibility but will serve as a mentor for others in the department.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
