About this role
- Should have minimum 6+ years of experience in software development environment
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge on SQL and Java
- Working knowledge on AWS, windows servers tomcat
- Working knowledge on REST/SOAP API
- Familiarity to application design and architecture
- Familiarity to automation testing
- Ability to write business cases and test cases
- Strong knowledge on MS office suite
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Good understanding on Agile, waterfall methodologies
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Knowledge to ServiceNow and ITIL(Incident/Problem and Change Management) process
Key responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to understand the business requirements
- Create process flow and reports
- Document uses cases and update SOPs'
- Perform application/functional testing
- Create functional requirements
- Work with individual users on to provide support and training
- Identify system defects
