wählen Sie geeignete Messverfahren anhand der Anforderungen aus,
konzipieren Sie Messmaschinen,
entwickeln Messabläufe, Kalibrierverfahren, Datenfilter und Analysemethoden,
überführen der physikalischen Prinzipien und Ansätze in leistungsfähige Algorithmen für höchste Ansprüche,
nehmen Sie komplexe Messmaschinen zur optischen Qualifizierung von Hochleistungsoptiken in Betrieb, qualifizieren diese und übernehmen die Fertigungsbetreuung,
führen Sie Teams aus R&D, Engineering und Fertigung fachlich, übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für die Leitung von Arbeitspaketen und Projekten in diesem Bereich.
Ihr Profil
Sie verfügen über...
ein sehr gut abgeschlossenes wissenschaftliches oder technisches Studium (Physik, Technische Optik, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar) auf Master-Level, gerne mit Promotion
fundierte Kenntnisse in optischer Messtechnik, insbesondere von interferometrischen oder spektroskopischen Messverfahren
tiefes Verständnis von Messalgorithmen-Entwicklung, Kalibrierverfahren, Fehlerbudgets, Datenanalyse & Aufbereitung, Justage von optischen Komponenten
Programmierkenntnisse, vorzugsweise in Python
ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit, gewandtes, sicheres und freundliches Auftreten und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit wünschenswert
hohe Eigenmotivation, Engagement und Interesse daran, Themen weiter zu denken
