Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our recruitment strategies and manage full-cycle hiring from A to Z. In this individual contributor role, you will combine high-level recruitment strategy with hands-on execution—directly sourcing top talent, partnering with hiring managers, and shaping our hiring culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment (Full-Cycle): Directly manage the entire talent acquisition process from job profile definition and sourcing to interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding setup.

  • Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Formulate tailored hiring strategies aligned with business goals and personally execute them to meet organizational growth targets.

  • Direct Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent networks, and direct outreach across key roles.

  • Hiring Partner Alignment: Collaborate closely with department heads and executives to define job requirements, build structured assessment rubrics, and streamline decision-making.

  • Candidate Experience & Employer Branding: Deliver a seamless, respectful, and engaging candidate journey while driving local recruitment branding initiatives.

  • Pipeline & Data Tracking: Build and manage internal recruitment tracking systems (e.g., via spreadsheets/internal databases) to track key hiring metrics, monitor pipelines, and optimize sourcing channels.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7-10 years of dedicated talent acquisition experience (in-house recruiting and/or agency background).

  • Hands-on Execution: Proven ability to operate independently and execute full-lifecycle recruiting from start to finish without needing dedicated support staff.

  • Proactive Sourcing: Strong track record in direct outbound sourcing and candidate engagement rather than relying solely on inbound applicants.

  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to influence, advise, and partner with senior leadership and hiring partners.

  • Problem-Solving & Agility: Strong adaptability to navigate ambiguous environments and implement practical recruitment solutions rapidly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Track record of building or significantly refining hiring processes (0 to 1) in fast-paced or scaling organizations.

  • Proficiency with modern recruiting tools and platforms such as Linked-in, Workday etc.

  • Business-level fluency in English for cross-border collaboration or international communication.
