Job Description:

Join our Supply Network Planning team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth supply of products across Europe. In this position, you will be responsible for managing purchase orders, coordinating supply priorities with international suppliers, monitoring inventory and demand changes, and supporting continuous process improvements within the supply chain. You will collaborate with various international stakeholders to ensure an efficient and reliable supply network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase orders and coordinate supply priorities with international suppliers.
  • Plan and execute order volumes for the European central warehouse and direct shipments to European commercial entities.
  • Monitor inventory levels, demand changes and supply performance.
  • Analyze supply risks, delivery bottlenecks, phase-in/phase-out activities and supplier changes.
  • Prepare analyses and planning scenarios to support business decisions.
  • Cooperate closely with international teams
  • Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in SAP/IBP implementation activities by reviewing and maintaining planning settings.
  • Ensure accurate planning data and contribute to the efficient operation of the European supplychain.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supply planning, production planning, capacity planning, distribution planning or inventory management
  • Minimum 2 years professional experience in a supply chain area
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Very good knowledge of MRP logic (material replenishment planning) in an ERP System
  • Experience in dealing and communication with international suppliers and interfaces
  • Ability to work in international teams (internally as well as with customers and suppliers)
  • Ability to work with complex supply and production environments and requirements
