Position Overview
The Control Tower Operations Analyst is responsible for end-to-end supply chain visibility, order health management, and fulfilment performance across ZEISS India. Acting as the nerve centre of operations, this role monitors, analyses, and resolves supply chain disruptions in real time — ensuring every order reaches the customer perfectly, on time, every time.

Key Responsibilities
1. Order Management & Availability
• Monitor end-to-end order lifecycle from booking to delivery across all channels
• Track product availability and replenishment triggers to prevent stockouts and service failures
• Identify at-risk orders proactively and drive corrective actions before SLA breach

2. On-Time Delivery & Fulfilment
• Own OTD performance across regions, customers, and product lines with daily tracking
• Coordinate with 3PLs, carriers, and warehouses to resolve in-transit exceptions
• Enforce order processing timelines and warehouse dispatch adherence

3. Problem Solving, RCA, CAPA & Process Governance
• Lead structured RCA (5-Why, Fishbone) for delivery failures, order errors, and availability gaps
• Develop and track time-bound CAPA plans to eliminate repeat failures
• Identify process gaps, implement SOP improvements, and improve metrics

4. Metrics & Reporting
• Own scorecards across: Perfect Order Rate · OTD · Productivity · Customer Experience · Availability · Inventory Ageing
• Monitor inventory ageing buckets and drive clearance actions with planning and commercial teams
• Maintain live dashboards and present insights at weekly ops and monthly business reviews

5. Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate across Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance
• Engage 3PLs, distributors, and carriers for proactive issue resolution
• Drive cross-functional alignment on escalations and improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications & Skills
• 3–6 years in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, or Order Management
• Hands-on experience with RCA, CAPA, and SOP development
• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Advanced Excel
• High attention to detail with structured problem-solving capability
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across SCM, warehouse, and finance teams
