Für das Supply Chain Management im Bereich Halbleiterfertigungs-Equipment suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen "Sourcing Project Manager (m/w/x)" am Standort Jena, Roßdorf oder Oberkochen:
Ihre Rolle
Übernahme der Verantwortung als Projektmanager aller beschaffungsrelevanten Aktivitäten für ein Beschaffungsobjekt entlang des Produktentstehungsprozesses von ORR (Operational Readiness Review) bis zum erfolgreichen SAT (Site Acceptance Test) bzw. FOR (Final Operational Readiness)
Vorbereitung, Planung, Steuerung und Nachsteuerung von Beschaffungsprojekten
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den entsprechenden Schnittstellen wie z.B. Entwicklung, Qualität, Produktion, Logistik, Legal zur Umsetzung der Sourcing-Strategie
Maßgebliche Bestimmung der strategischen Vorgehensweise und des Sourcing-Konzeptes für ein Beschaffungsprojekt
Identifikation, Bewertung und Auswahl geeigneter Lieferanten in Abstimmung mit den entsprechenden Schnittstellen
Gestaltung einer erfolgreichen Zusammenarbeit zwischen den internen Bedarfsträgern, Stakeholdern und Lieferanten
Ihr Profil
Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Wirtschaft oder Ingenieurwesen oder eine kaufmännisch-technische Ausbildung mit adäquater Zusatzausbildung
Mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement komplexer Technologieprojekte in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen cross-funktionalen Teams
Nachgewiesene Erfahrungen im Supply Chain Management oder Management externer Partner, idealerweise im Einkauf von entwicklungsintensiven Komponenten, Baugruppen, Modulen oder Anlagen
Fundierte Erfahrungen in den Themenfeldern Optimierung komplexer Wertströme und Produktionssteuerung sowie Entwicklung, Produktion bzw. Beschaffung von Sondermaschinen, bevorzugt im Umfeld der Halbleiterfertigung oder Aerospace
Mindestens Projektmanagement Level C oder vergleichbar
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lieferantenbewertung und -auswahl sowie nachgewiesene Verhandlungserfahrung
Vertrautheit mit Kennzahlen sowie sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Office und SAP, hohe Interkulturelle Kompetenz, ein analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte Vorgehensweise
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Bereitschaft für Dienstreisen (national und international)
