職務内容
半導体製造装置部門のビジネスデベロップメント担当として、以下の業務に従事いただきます。
1. 顧客潜在要求や潜在課題の言語化
2. 市場および顧客動向・戦略の調査：競合他社および各種装置ベンダーの調査を含む
3. テクニカル sales：顧客との技術面および装置導入での交渉を主導
4. ZEISS EUV製品および新規製品ラインの販売拡大
5. Technology Roadmap Meeting, Demo, 協業、論文の共同執筆などを主導
6. Application関連の顧客サポート
7. HQの技術ミーティングに参加し、顧客の声を届ける
8. Local engineerのapplication面での教育および能力開発
9. SMT重要顧客とのネットワークの構築および強化
10. 各種conference（PMJ、BACUS等）への参加
11. HQの製品責任者との協業
12. BD マネジャーへの報告

必須コンピテンシー
休日・休暇
有給休暇 初年度 14日－2日、その後勤続年数に応じて21－25日
休日 約125日 土日祝日、年末年始（12月29日-1月4日）。そのほか慶弔特別休暇。
勤務時間
9:00-17:30 （休憩1時間を含む。所定労働時間7.5時間）
