Ihre Rolle

  • Führung von IT Security-Projekten sowie die Motivation und Inspiration von Teams, um Projektziele termingerecht und effizient zu erreichen

  • Die Planung, Leitung und Steuerung von IT- Security Projekten (klassisch, hybrid & agil) gemäß dem IT Projektmanagement Framework übernehmen

  • Die Projekte von der Initiierung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung mit den IT-Fachabteilungen, externen Providern sowie den Business Bereichen verantworten

  • Hoch motivierte Projektteams fachlich führen und standortübergreifend mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern zusammenarbeiten

  • Risiken und Anpassungsbedarfe im Projekt (u.a. Budget, Scope, Timeline) aktiv managen

  • Im Rahmen des Projektcontrollings und -reportings verantworten Sie die Fortschrittsmessung und Einhaltung von Zeit-, Budget- und Inhaltszielen, die Durchführung des Berichts- und Informationswesens sowie die Erstellung von Risiko-/Kosten-/Nutzen-Analysen und Forecasts

  • Sie sorgen für die Zusammenführung aller Projekttermine, Projektkosten und Projektkapazitäten sowie projektübergreifende Ressourcenverteilung Sie überwachen Projekt-KPIs und übernehmen eine zielgruppenadäquate Aufbereitung von komplexen IT-Sachverhalten und deren Visualisierung.

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, der Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT-Sicherheit oder Informationssicherheit (Bachelor oder Master) oder gleichwertige Kombination von Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung

  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich von agilem wie klassischem IT Programm- und Projektmanagement

  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung als IT Security Projektleiter in mehreren IT-Projekten, mit Verantwortung für deren Planung, Leitung, Umsetzung und erfolgreichem Übergang in den operativen Betrieb

  • Fundiertes IT-Sicherheitswissen in einzelnen Bereichen zu Cybersecurity, Security Management und Security Lösungen

  • Idealerweise umfangreiche Kenntnisse und Zertifizierungen im Projektmanagement (Scrum, IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2 o.ä.)

  • Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative (Hands-on-Mentalität) und eine sehr strukturierte sowie zielorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Ein ausgeprägtes konzeptionelles und analytisches Denkvermögen

  • Exzellente Methodenkompetenz und ein breites Wissen in (agilen) Werkzeugen und Tools (ServiceNow, Office, SAP)

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
