Ihre Rolle
Entwicklung, Bau und Integration von Demonstratoren/Prototypen im Holographie-Bereich für Automotive-Anwendungen
Planung, Aufbau, Kalibrierung und Optimierung von Systemen (Mechanik, Optik, Display, Licht/Lasertechnik, Elektrik, Mechatronik)
Erstellung und Umsetzung von Montage- und Demokonzepten für Messeauftritte (Aufbau, Einrichtung, Justage, Betrieb)
Problemidentifikation, Fehlersuche und schneller Bugfixing während Demonstrationen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Elektronik, Optik, Display-Teams und Produktmanagement
Dokumentation von Aufbauprozessen, Kalibrierparametern und Testberichten
Produkt- und Prozessverbesserungen basierend auf Messe-Feedback und internen Evaluierungen
Reisetätigkeit zu nationalen/ internationalen Messen, Kunden- und Partnerterminen
Unterstützung bei Kundenbesuchen: vor-Ort-Demonstrationen, Überleitung von technischen Anforderungen, Schulung des Kundenpersonals

Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossene Technik-, Ingenieur- oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (z. B. Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Optik, Maschinenbau) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Mechanik, Optik, Display-Technik, Lichtführung, Lasertechnik, Mechatronik und Elektrik, Erfahrung mit holografischen Displays oder ähnlichen Technologien ist wünschenswert
Praktische Hands-on-Mentalität und Erfahrung im Aufbau/Qualifizierung von Prototypen
Erfahrung mit Prototypen- oder Messeaufbau von Geräten/Systemen
Grundkenntnisse in Sicherheitsaspekten von Laser-/Optik-Systemen von Vorteil
Erste Kenntnisse in CAD-/Konstruktionssoftwares (z.B. SolidWorks, CATIA) und Lab- oder Messtechnik sowie Erfahrung mit Rapid Prototyping und Werkstatteinrichtungen sind ein Plus aber kein Muss
Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Struktur in Planung und Dokumentation
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift) sowie souveräner Umgang mit internen Fachbereichen und Kunden
Hohe Reisebereitschaft, insbesondere für Kundenbesuche, Messen und externe Demonstrationen im nationalen und internationalen Raum
