Your Role:
Transfer new products into industrial manufacturing, support unit growth initiatives, and drive best-in-class production
Design, develop, and implement new process steps for new products within ongoing production
Select production equipment, qualify it, and act as the primary contact for all matters related to your implemented processes
Contribute to projects or provide production support
Depending on qualifications, assume an expert role for certain processes or rotate across different topics
Your Profile:
Technically oriented or natural sciences degree (e.g., engineering, physics, or related field)
Hands-on experience in precision machining and in-depth knowledge in precision machining, (optical) measurement technology, or plastics processing techniques are highly valued
First professional experience in manufacturing with knowledge of Lean production and automation
Strong problem-solving skills, with familiarity of Six Sigma methodologies and statistical analysis
Experience in a regulated environment such as the medical technology industry is a plus
High initiative, commitment, and flexibility
Structured, goal-oriented working style
Fluent German and English (speaking and writing) with strong communication skills
