Your Role:

  • Design, implement, and scale chemical processes for industrial manufacturing

  • Analyze, evaluate, and implement polymer production processes for intraocular lenses

  • Assess manufacturing methods for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, quality, and functionality; identify improvement opportunities

  • Plan, conduct, or commission experiments in process areas, and document results

  • Optimize and automate chemical processes

  • Qualify equipment and processes; ensure reliable operation

  • Monitor plant quality and output and drive continuous improvement

Your Profile:

  • A successfully completed degree in chemistry, process engineering, or a related field

  • Some professional experience in an industrial setting; experience in regulated environments is a plus

  • Strong knowledge of polymer chemistry

  • Optional but beneficial: experience with acrylates or radical polymerization

  • Structured, goal-oriented problem-solving approach

  • High initiative, strong commitment, and flexibility

  • Enjoy collaborating in international teams; strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • You value diverse perspectives and contribute to an inclusive team culture

  • Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
