Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Optimierung von Ersatzteilbeständen für produktionskritische Anlagen
Aufnahme und Bewertung bestehender Ersatzteil- und Lagerstrategien
Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Standardisierung von Prozessen im Ersatzteilmanagement
Analyse von Anlagenstrukturen, kritischen Komponenten und Verfügbarkeitsanforderungen
Unterstützung beim Aufbau von KPI- und Reportingkonzepten für Ersatzteilmanagement und Service Levels
Analyse von Reaktionszeiten, Verfügbarkeiten und Servicekennzahlen
Erstellung von Auswertungen, Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen
Mitarbeit bei Workshops mit Instandhaltung, Produktion, Einkauf und Logistik
Unterstützung bei der Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen entlang der gesamten Versorgungskette
Dein Profil
Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Logistik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
Interesse an Instandhaltung, Asset Management, Logistik und Supply-Chain-Prozessen
Analytische Denkweise sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Erste Erfahrungen mit SAP oder vergleichbaren ERP-Systemen von Vorteil
Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
