Ihre Rolle

  • Verantwortlich für das Pech-Polieren optischer Bauteile, Sicherstellung hoher Oberflächenqualität und Einhaltung vorgegebener Toleranzen und Oberflächenkennwerte

  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung des Pechpolierprozesses, inklusive Materialvorbereitung, Reinigungsprozesse und Einsatz optimierter Poliermittel

  • Überwachung und Feinabstimmung von Prozessparametern (Druck, Drehzahl, Beladung, Rotationsarten) zur Reproduzierbarkeit und Effizienzsteigerung

  • Durchführung von Messungen und Abnahmeprüfungen gemäß Prüfsplan (Rauheit, Form/Planheit, Maßhaltigkeit) und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse

  • Fehleranalyse und Prozessoptimierung bei Abweichungen; Zusammenarbeit mit QM, Fertigung und Entwicklung zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung

  • Wartung, Kalibrierung und Sauberkeit der Arbeitsumgebung; Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften sowie ggf. Bereitschaft zu Schicht- oder Mehrarbeit

Ihre Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der Feinoptik

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Optikfertigung, einschließlich relevanter Prozessschritte, Qualitätsanforderungen und Prüfkriterien

  • Umfassende Erfahrung in manueller Politur, Auswahl und Anwendung von Pechmittel, Steuerung von Druck, Zeit und Bewegung sowie Zieloberflächenqualität

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit kristallinen Materialien

  • Mess- und Prüfkompetenz: sicherer Einsatz von Messmitteln zur Oberflächencharakterisierung (Ra, Form/Planität, Oberflächenqualität) und Dokumentation gemäß Prüfplänen.

  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative: klare Kommunikation, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
