Ihre Rolle:
Einrichten und Bedienen der Beschichtungsanlagen für Bearbeitungsprozesse
Rüsten, Programmieren und Bedienen von Bedampfungsanlagen, mit denen Antireflexschichten, Spiegel- und Spezialschichten auf Optikbauteile aufgebracht werden
Messen und Bewertung der spektralen Eigenschaften der Schicht, sowie spektrale Vergütung der Optikkomponenten
Bearbeitung von Beschichtungschargen, Reinigung der Komponenten, Auflegen auf Vorrichtungen (teilweise mit Pinzette)
Erkennen von Fehlern und Ableitung von Verbesserungen
Ihr Profil:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Aus- oder Weiterbildung als Feinoptiker (m/w/x) oder vergleichbare o. g. Berufserfahrung im optischen Bereich (Industriemechaniker, Feinwerkmechaniker, Fertigungsmechaniker)
Erste Erfahrungen in der Maschinen- und Anlageneinrichtung sowie -bedienung
Sehr gute Feinmotorik und ausgeprägtes Fingerspitzengefühl
Sorgfältige und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in 2-fach und 3-fach-Schicht
