Ihre Rolle
Polieren einzelner optischer Bauelemente der Rund- und Planoptik bis hin zur Feinstpolitur unter definierten Oberflächenparametern
Durchführung von Prozessparametern-Definitionen, -überwachung und -dokumentation für jedes Bauteil
Qualitätskontrolle der polierten Oberflächen, einschließlich Oberflächenrauhigkeit, Formgenauigkeit und Abbildungsqualität
Vorbereitung, Reinigung und Endbearbeitung der Bauteile vor dem Messe- bzw. Prüfprozess
Zusammenarbeit mit dem Messlabor zur Validierung der Spezifikationen und zur Feedback-Schleife für Prozessoptimierung
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossene fachspezifische Berufsausbildung oder gleichwertige Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich der Optikbearbeitung
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Oberflächenmessung (Rauheit, Formgenauigkeit) sowie Bewertung der Abbildungsqualität
Erfahrung in Prozessparameter-Definition, -Überwachung und -Dokumentation; inklusive Qualitätskontrollen der polierten Oberflächen
Sauberkeits- und Reinraumkonformität, Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards
Teamfähigkeit, eigenständige Fehleranalyse, Lernbereitschaft und Fähigkeit zur kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung
Hohe Genauigkeit und Präzision in allen Arbeitsschritten
