Ihre Rolle
Präzises Läppen von Rund- und Planoptik-Bauteilen gemäß Toleranzen, Oberflächenqualität und Prozessvorschriften
Auswahl, Aufbereitung und Wechsel von Läppmitteln, Schleifscheiben und Spannvorrichtungen; Prozessparameter-Optimierung
Überwachung der Oberflächenqualität durch Messungen und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung bei Einsprengeln, Verunreinigungen oder Oberflächenfehlern; Zusammenarbeit mit QA zur Freigabe
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossene fachspezifische Berufsausbildung oder gleichwertige Kenntnisse bzw. ergänzende Weiterbildung im optischen Bereich
Fachkundig im Läppen von Rund- und Planoptik
Mess- und Qualitätskompetenz
Sicherer Umgang mit Oberflächen- und Profilsichtmessung, Dokumentation von Messergebnissen, Beurteilung der Oberflächenqualität und Einhaltung von Toleranzen
Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, präzise Kommunikation von Abweichungen
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Dreischichtsystem
