ZEISS X-Ray das Unsichtbare sichtbar machen: Bei uns arbeiten Sie Hands-on an der nächsten Generation industrieller 2D- und 3D-Röntgen-CT-Systeme. Sie entwickeln direkt an Hardware und Software mit, bringen moderne Röntgentechnologie, präzise Messtechnik und smarte Inspektionslösungen zusammen – und sehen Ihre Ergebnisse live im System, das später in der Qualitätssicherung weltweit im Einsatz ist.
Ihre Rolle
Eigenverantwortliche Konzeptentwicklung und Elektro-Hardware-Planung von Steuerungssystemen für automatisierte und teilautomatisierte Röntgen-CT-Maschinen mit EPLAN
Auslegung und Planung von SPS-Maschinensteuerungen, HMI-Panels, Feldbussystemen/Industrie-Netzwerken (BUS-Systeme) sowie – je nach Projekt – Robotertechnik
Integration der von den Fachabteilungen spezifizierten Röntgen-CT-Hardware in die EPLAN-Projekte (inkl. Dokumentation und Pflege der Schaltpläne)
Umsetzung der Elektro-Hardware-Projekte vom ersten Konzept bis zur fertigen Dokumentation – inklusive Abstimmung mit Softwareentwicklung, Mechanik und Inbetriebnahme
Steuerung und Koordination externer Partner bei der Beschaffung von Elektroanlagen und bei Bedarf Aktualisierung der technischen Dokumentationen
Ihr Profil
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar – idealerweise mit vorheriger Berufsausbildung im Elektrohandwerk (z. B. Elektroniker/Elektromonteur) mit Praxiserfahrung in der Elektro-Hardwareplanung für automatisierte Maschinen und Anlagen
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Elektroinstallation und in der Elektro-Hardware-Projektierung/Planung
Sicherer Umgang mit einem CAE-System für Elektroplanung, idealerweise EPLAN
Gute Kenntnisse in der SPS- und Steuerungstechnik, HMI sowie in Feldbus-/Industrienetzwerken
Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Projektteam
Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse und internationale Reisebereitschaft bei der Inbetriebnahme und Übergabe unserer Maschinen beim Kunden vor Ort
