ZEISS X-Ray das Unsichtbare sichtbar machen: Bei uns arbeiten Sie hands-on an der nächsten Generation industrieller 2D- und 3D-Röntgen-CT-Systeme. Sie entwickeln direkt an Hardware und Software mit, bringen moderne Röntgentechnologie, präzise Messtechnik und smarte Inspektionslösungen zusammen – und sehen Ihre Ergebnisse live im System, das später in der Qualitätssicherung weltweit im Einsatz ist.
Ihre Rolle
Entwicklung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von SPS-Steuerungen für automatisierte und teilautomatisierte Maschinen mit industriellen Röntgen-CT-Systemen inkl. HMI und Bussystemen
Analyse, Fehlersuche und Prüfung technischer Unterlagen sowie Mitwirkung bei der sicherheitstechnischen Bewertung (z. B. SISTEMA, MVO, CRA) und der Einhaltung relevanter Normen (z. B. CE, UL/CSA)
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Schalt- und Stromlaufplänen, idealerweise unter Nutzung von CAE-Systemen wie EPLAN
Inbetriebnahme von Prototypenanlagen in unseren Werken und bei internationalen Kunden vor Ort
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen als Teil eines globalen F&E-Teams
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Ausbildung zum Elektroniker für Automatisierungstechnik
Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in Automatisierungstechnik, SPS-Maschinenprogrammierung und Inbetriebnahme von Produktionsanlagen
Sicherer Umgang mit IEC 61131-3 SPS-Programmiersprachen sowie Erfahrung mit Bussystemen, Visualisierungssystemen (HMI) und vorzugsweise CAE/EPLAN
Sehr gute Kenntnisse automatisierter Maschinen- und Antriebstechnik, Robotertechnik sowie zugehöriger Sicherheitstechnik
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, internationale Reisebereitschaft sowie selbständige, lösungsorientierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
