Your Role
You will...
- Develop complex metrology systems in interdisciplinary teams.
- Coordinate and implement development activities while providing technical leadership to project teams.
- Develop and implement measurement processes for complex optical metrology systems used in the lithography environment.
- Support the integration of modules with limited maturity into commissioning and measurement workflows.
- Plan, supervise, and support metrology systems in a production environment in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Take ownership of a module and lead a small technical sub-project team as Module Owner.
Your Profile
You have...
- A university degree with excellent academic results in engineering, physics, or a related scientific discipline.
- Excellent knowledge of optics.
- Strong theoretical and hands-on expertise in optical metrology, including experience with optical components, optical setups, and precision measurement equipment.
- Solid programming skills, preferably in MATLAB.
- A self-driven and structured way of working, combined with strong organizational and communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor.
- A high level of resilience, flexibility, teamwork, initiative, and commitment.
- Experience leading small-scale projects and collaborating with suppliers and service providers in the development of machines and components.
- Fluent German and good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
