Ihre Rolle
Ausführen der Bearbeitungsschritte Schleifen, Läppen, Zentrieren und Polieren an CNC-Bearbeitungsmaschinen für einzelne optische Bauelemente/Optikteile
Programm- und Maschineneinstellungen vornehmen, Werkzeuge auswählen, Spindeldrehzahl, Vorschub und Druckparameter festlegen
Prozessüberwachung und Qualitätskontrolle: Oberflächenrauheit, Formgenauigkeit und Abbildungsqualität prüfen; Abweichungen dokumentieren und korrigieren
Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Reinigungs- und Qualitätsstandards
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossene fachspezifische Berufsausbildung im Bereich der Optik - gleichwertige Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen sind ebenfalls möglich
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Oberflächenmessung (Rauheit, Formgenauigkeit) sowie Bewertung der Abbildungsqualität; präzise Anwendung von Messmethoden
Erfahrung in Prozessparameter-Definition
Hohe Genauigkeit und Präzision in allen Arbeitsschritten; Sauberkeits- und Reinraumkonformität; Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards
Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit, klare Dokumentation sowie strukturierte Fehleranalyse; Lernbereitschaft und Fähigkeit zur kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung
