Role OverviewHandle daily transaction settlement and reconciliation activities. Verify the accuracy of client balances, payment records, and transaction details. Review and process client deposit and withdrawal requests accurately and within the required timeframe. Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies and reconciliation issues. Maintain complete and accurate settlement records and supporting documentation. Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and other relevant teams. Prepare daily settlement, reconciliation, and transaction reports. Identify and escalate unusual transactions or unresolved settlement issues. Ensure all settlement activities comply with company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulations. Perform other settlement and operational duties as assigned.
Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in settlement, brokerage operations, finance operations, banking, or financial services. Good understanding of transaction processing and reconciliation procedures. Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Strong integrity, responsibility, and compliance awareness. Able to manage multiple transactions and priorities within established deadlines. Able to coordinate effectively with different internal teams. Language RequirementsGood command of spoken and written English. Able to communicate effectively in English with internal and external stakeholders. Able to read and understand transaction records, system information, reports, and operational procedures in English. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or the relevant local language is required. Additional AdvantagesBachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience working in a brokerage, securities, forex, CFD, banking, or FinTech environment. Familiarity with MT4, MT5, or other trading and settlement systems. Experience handling client deposits, withdrawals, payments, or disbursements. Experience with high-volume transaction processing and daily reconciliation. Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements. Working ConditionsMust be comfortable working in a fast-paced and transaction-intensive environment. May be required to work outside standard business hours. Must be able to complete daily settlement and reconciliation activities within strict deadlines. Must be able to respond promptly to urgent transaction discrepancies and operational issues.
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Settlement Officer to manage daily settlement, reconciliation, and client fund transactions. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate client balances and transaction records while ensuring that all settlement activities are completed efficiently, securely, and in compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations.
