Die Rolle
Als HR Service Partner / HR Specialist (m/w/d) unterstützt du unsere HR-Services für unsere Kunden - mit Schwerpunkt Deutschland und Österreich. Du übernimmst administrative und operative HR-Aufgaben, sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft und trägst zur Optimierung von HR-Prozessen bei.
Deine Aufgaben
- End-to-End-Erbringung von HR-Services für zugewiesene Kunden
- Pflege und Bearbeitung von Mitarbeiterdaten
- Erstellung von Verträgen und Dokumenten
- Beantwortung von HR-Anfragen und Sicherstellung eines exzellenten und kundenorientierten Services
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und Ansprechpartnern auf Kundenseite
- Mitwirkung an HR-Projekten und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessen
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich HR, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
- Praktische Erfahrung in operativen HR-Tätigkeiten für Deutschland und/oder Österreich
- Kenntnisse im deutschen und/oder österreichischen Arbeitsrecht
- Deutsche und/oder österreichische Payroll-Grundlagen sind von Vorteil
- Grundverständnis von HR-Prozessen, arbeitsrechtliche Rahmenbedingungen und Best Practices sind wünschenswert
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C2) in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2) in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit HR-Systemen, idealerweise SAP ERP und SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
